This week we started to implement the changes on our blog as I mentioned earlier. In the next couple of weeks you will see our website and blog evolve more. Yesterday, our web developers worked on making the Blog more prominent on the Amvona homepage. They have given the blog more space on the Homepage.
The navigation of the blog has also changed a little and soon we will be adding more widgets to it. Yesterday, we also added a Facebook share button on our Homepage. This was done to allow our customers to easily share the "One Deal" items on their Facebook pages.
There is some really amazing photography being done with scanning electron microscopes, or SEMs, these days. And I’m not talking about those grainy monochromatic pictures you remember from high school biology.
We've all seen those crazy tourists with their flamboyant fanny packs. And don't forget about those high-tech cameras hung haphazardly around their necks. Beware, if you approach a tourist, prepare to be blinded by a flash whose brightness is rivaled only by the sun itself. For those of you who are less than thrilled with packs of people roaming all over your town, we have good news. The ultimate evil that is the tourist crowd may have just met its match.
Anyone heard the news about Anthony Jacobs' Aerial Photography? This amazing man has succeeded in inventing a radio controlled, gyroscope-balanced quadracopter. (wow, it even sounds impressive).
Let's talk about the world. For starters, we're just taking a guess here, but we think you'd agree that the world is pretty big place. So, we here at Amvona think that it's always a good idea to know what's going on in the world. We're also going to venture a guess here, and hypothesize that there are a lot of people in the world who like cool new tech toys, specifically ones that are modeled after your favorite childhood plaything. No we're not talking about Mr. Potato Head or matchbox cars. We're talking about good old fashioned 3D goodness.
There are two things we know about the fans of Amvona. They know a super-amazingly-good deal when they see one...and they get mad as heck when they miss one.
Well, big day today. After a lot of work, we launched the all new Amvona site. We hope you like it, it should be considerably faster, and much more intuitive to use - our focus has been simplicity. You'll also notice that the social aspects of Amvona have been peeled away, and are now part of our sister site Flekt.com. If you had profile information on the Amvona network, You'll find all your profile info. and images there, and a whole lot more, so check it out and let us know what you think. Your userid and password are the same as before and work on both sites.
